We received the Horow T16 smart toilet as a gift last year, and were not sure about it as Horow is a new brand to us. Installation was straight forward and we have been very impressed with the quality and operation of the unit, especially given that other local brands sell for 2x - 4x the price!
After installation, we needed to replace a water line, again I wasn't sure how this would go; I called the support line and left a voice mail and to my delight, received a call back that same day. 48 hours later, the replacement line was shipped to my address under warranty.

Installed this toilet as part of the bathroom renovations. Looks good though the touch part was to tighten the bolts to the flange. This toilet works good, no issues and happy with the purchase.
The T16 is a nice affordable toilet. After a few months of use the seat stopped heating properly which was frustrating as it was brand new. Horow did send us a new seat within a week of explaining the issue to them.
Such a unique shape which really uplifts the room! The heated seat is such a gift OMG! Also love the automatic flush. The bidet has good pressure and super easy to clean!
